Okay, you know what? Fuck it. From now on I'm saving my plush images as .JPGs; .PNGs take up WAY too much friggin' space. : P

Anyway! This is my third plush commission and the first plush I've completed since moving into my new home. :3 It is a commission for ~Mini-Marianne, who wanted a small plush of Gilda from MLP. I kinda screwed up on the fact that I said I would have it done in two weeks after it was first commissioned, but it's been like a month. Ugggghhh, I suck. D:

And now for some fun facts:

Gilda is 9 inches tall and is made entirely out of minky, except for her eye whites and tail-tip, which are made out of felt and faux fur. Her eyes and hairdo are hand-painted. The pattern for her was drafted from scratch by myself; she is stuffed with polyester fiberfill except for her front claws, which are posed with pipe cleaners. She's very soft! :3

This was also my very first time experimenting with top-stitching and under-stitching, respectively. I managed to master under-stitching but top-stitching is tough...anyone got any tips on how to get it right?

Gilda will be going to her new home very soon. I really hope ~Mini-Marianne thinks it was worth the wait...

Sorry again for the quality of the photos too. I'm still trying to locate a good photo-shoot place and I chose the DARK RED futon for my first experiment. *sigh*
